The City of Elk Grove is proposing an affordable housing complex at the Southwest corner of Harbour Point and Maritime Drive. The Association is not involved with this project, we are encouraging homeowners to attend their virtual meeting on May 25th at 6:30 pm so you can explore the information provided by the City Council.
