Welcome to the Lakeside Community Website!
Lakeside is an upscale community in Elk Grove nestled around a 39-acre lake, Lake Heron. Located adjacent to the Stone Lake Wildlife preserve and on the North American Flyway, Lake Heron serves as the centerpiece of our community and home to countless migratory birds. In addition to our lake, Lakeside is home to a clubhouse that boasts fishing, a full basketball court, a swimming pool and acres of parks. Our neighborhood elementary school, Stone Lake, serves Lakeside’s children from K through 6th grades and boasts a Great School Rating of 9.
Even though Elk Grove is a community of 175,000 residents, it still manages to maintain its small-town feel. It is a progressive and growing city with many community activities and events. An abundance of restaurants, shops, and local transportation are just a few of the conveniences.
The Lakeside Owners Association is dedicated to ensuring the beauty, safety and stability of the area, promoting neighborliness and pride among the residents. Residents enjoy numerous recreational and social activities, which provide a lifestyle that sustain good health, happiness, and camaraderie.
