Exterior Paint Reminders

PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING WHEN DOING ANY EXTERIOR PAINTING TO THE HOME:

• All colors, whether new or existing, must be submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval.

• Original paint colors still need to go through the application process.

• The Architectural Committee is comprised of fellow homeowners who live in the Lakeside Community.

• Applications must be submitted no later than the second Monday of every month in order to be included in that month's review.

• Applications should be submitted via the online portal.

• Please click here to fill out the application.

• Once the application is submitted, don't forget to email a photo of the exterior of the home showing the current colors to management. Then once the project is completed, please send an updated photo, showing the new colors. All photos are to be sent to maritza.koponen@fsresidential.com.

• Homeowners are encouraged to select color schemes from the Lakeside Pre-Approved Color Book
