QUARTERLY ASSESSMENTS

Prompt payment of assessments by all owners is critical to the financial health of the Association and to the enhancement of the property values of our Association. Your Board of Directors takes very seriously its obligation under the CC&R’s and the California Civil Code to enforce the members’ obligation to pay assessments. The Board has adopted a Collection Policy in an effort to discharge that obligation in a fair, consistent, and effective manner. For a full copy of the Association’s Delinquent Assessment Collection Policy, go to the HOA Secure Area of this website.

SIGN-UP FOR PAPERLESS COMMUNICATION

There are many legal documents that Civil Code requires the Association to send out via “Individual Delivery”. Generally, Individual Delivery defaults to letter only or physical mail.

One of the many ways that we can save the Association money, is to send these documents electronically however that would require that each member update their communication preferences and allow the Association to send these documents via email vs. USPS.

Currently, less than 8% of the Association has “Opt-In”  to receive these communications electronically and we would love to get that number closer to 50% if not more!

How to Opt-In

If you would like to Opt-In to receive these communications, you will need to log in to the Connect Resident Portal (https://lakesidecommunityhoa.connectresident.com/), under “My Account” and update your communication preferences by selecting “Email” as the preferred method of delivery, and un-select “Letter” to stop receiving these documents via USPS or Letter.
