LAKESIDE CLUBHOUSE

Residents enjoy numerous amenities at our spacious clubhouse that boasts fishing, a full basketball court, a swimming pool, kayaks & pedal boats, and acres of parks. We have friendly staff who can assist you with all your Lakeside questions. The Clubhouse is open for members to come in Monday – Friday and speak with management.

  • Guest Policy: Members are also allowed to have 2 guests per household at a time.

  • Kayaks & Pedal Boats: You can borrow one of our kayaks or new pedal boats from the clubhouse for use on the Lake. We have all the gear you need including life vests and paddles. Pool ID and signed waivers are required.

CLUBHOUSE POOL

The pool is open! Residents must have a pool ID card to use the Lakeside Clubhouse pool. Complimentary cards can be obtained or replaced by visiting one of the pool monitors. Pool cards never expire and can be used year after year.

Need a New Pool Card? Replacing or obtaining a new card is easy. If you lost your card, have a card from an old management company, or are new to Lakeside, here is how to get a new one.

Step #1: Bring a form of identification with you to the pool and provide it to the pool monitor
Step #2: The pool monitor will issue a new card upon verifying your identity & residence

New cards are only issued during pool season.

The gate code for the clubhouse lawn area can be found in the HOA secure area of this website.

A liability waiver must be completed for each individual and will be available in the clubhouse from Management.


CLUBHOUSE EVENT RESERVATIONS

The Clubhouse, Upper Patio and Poolside Tables are available for residents to rent for private events! You must be a member and your HOA Assessments must be paid to date before booking any events. If you are interested in renting the clubhouse please follow the reservation process below. Step #2: Complete the online Clubhouse Reservation Inquiry, HERE

Step #3: Once your inquiry has been reviewed, the Clubhouse Management team will email you a rental contract within 3 business days to confirm the availability

Step #4: Sign the Rental Contract and drop off the rental deposit

Step #5: The Management team will contact you to confirm your reservation
