LANDSCAPING MODIFICATIONS

The Architectural Control Committee serves to help Lakeside homeowners and residents know, understand, and adhere to the architectural guidelines established for our community. The committee is responsible for reviewing, approving or denying modifications in accordance with the community’s CC&R’s. A full copy of the Design Review Guidelines and Community Rules & Regulations is available below for download.

Per CCRs, all Modification plans must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to having any work actually completed. The Committee meets the second Wednesday of each month. Applications must be submitted no later than the Friday prior to the meeting date to be included in that month’s review. Applications help ensure the community remains esthetically cohesive.
