Resident Alert: Asphalt Sealing Project for Gated Communities

DEAR LAKESIDE: 

**THIS IS A MASS COMMUNICATION BEING SENT TO ALL RESIDENTS WHO LIVE BEHIND A GATE**

Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout the various Action Asphalt projects that have been rolled out.  We are officially at the last step of the overall project, which is sealing the roads!  Please see below for the project timeline and keep in mind that this email is only pertaining to the roads located within the various gated communities. You will notice that the larger communities have two days worth of work, while the smaller ones only have one.  This is because Action Asphalt will work on one half of the larger communities one day, and then come back and finish the other half at a later date.  The plan for the smaller ones is to complete it all in one day. Once we get closer, we will send out the maps of the larger gated communities, showing where the work will take place per day. 

During each community's designated day, the streets will be shut down at 7:00 am and will be closed to all traffic until about 1 pm the following day. Towing will be strictly enforced and all street passes will be invalid during the project days within the project areas.  If you need to use your vehicle during your community's project date, please ensure it is parked outside of the gate and remains there until the roads open back up the next day. We understand that while this will be an inconvenience, it is an imperative measure to ensure the project is a success. 

In regards to noise, the main noise will come from leaf blower type equipment which will be used to clean the roads during the first two hours of the each day.  After that, the actual seal work is pretty quiet.

Heron Bay: Wednesday June 9th

Morningside: Tuesday June 15th

Grandpoint: Tuesday June 15th And Tuesday June 22nd

Harbour Shore: Wednesday June 16th

South shore: Wednesday June 16th and Wednesday June 23rd 

Lakepoint: Monday June 21st and Monday June 28th

Lakewind: Monday June 21st and Wednesday June 30th 

Nautique: Tuesday June 22nd 

Marina Cove: Wednesday June 23rd 

Windrift: Monday June 28th and Wednesday June 30th
