LAKESIDE COMMUNITY
COMMUNITY REMINDERS
Street parking is not allowed -
Just a reminder that street parking is not allowed in Lakeside. The Association has the authority to ticket motor vehicles on private and public streets. The Association also has the right to tow cars from private streets. The Association takes towing very seriously and is always a last resort. Remember, ALL guests must park in residents' driveways. If this is not possible, a temporary guest permit is needed. For more information, click here.
Our 4-legged friends -
The Board of Directors would like to remind residents to please remember to pick-up after your dogs when on walks. Please remember to be courteous of your neighbors’ yards and to take advantage of the free doggie-bag stations throughout Lakeside. We would also like to remind everyone that all dogs must be on leashes in the Common Area at all times. The leash requirement is a restriction in the CC&R’s. As a result, when Management receives a report, they will respond to the complaint in the Association’s normal enforcement procedures, including courtesy notices, hearings, etc. Complaints will need to include identifying information such as the name of the owner and description of the dog in order to be addressed, as Management will need to know where to send letters.
PRIVACY GATES
To report issues with any of the privacy gates please contact Association Management at (916) 691-1226 during normal business hours or Stonegate Protection after hours at the non-emergency dispatch number (888) 774-0035 (ext # 789).
Replacement Gate Remotes & Key Cards
You can purchase replacement gate remotes & key cards for the sensor through the association office. Replacement costs are $40 per remote and $10 per key card. Please make checks or money orders made payable to Lakeside Community.
Dial Box & Gate Codes for Gated Communities
New residents should contact the association management office to have their name/phone number programmed into the dial box. We will also provide the codes for the pedestrian gates.
