This application is to be used for any home exterior paint projects. All applications require a $50 processing fee unless you are using a pre-approved Scheme from the Lakeside Color Book. Applications are not considered complete until the processing fee has been received. Once work is complete you must submit a Notice of Completion.

Door/ Shutter color should be used on all exterior doors this includes the front door.
